Every flavor of android has a launcher that is developed by whatever oem. Samsung has a different launcher than moto, different from OnePlus, etc. they all add in their own bloat and features. Some are okay but they mostly suck. You can replace that with a custom home laucher that you can tune to your Greatest desire. I recommend Nova launcher pro. Check out the free if you want. I'm sure there are many other you may like. Just search launcher in the app store.
