It&#39;s bullshit. The human brain changes very quickly from ages 9 to 13 then only gradually for the rest of your life. &#xA;&#xA;Teens are inexperienced. They are often prevented from getting the experience they need to learn stuff, but the problem is segregation, not anything in their brains. &#xA;&#xA;Teens are young adults. It&#39;s just basic biology. &#xA;&#xA;It&#39;s frightening how many people just deny clear scientific fact. </html></oembed>
