There was no advanced planning or legal redress.&#xA;&#xA;And since people weren&#39;t yet particularly productive, even relatively small taxes, like the traditional tenth, were highly onerous and could result in starvation.&#xA;&#xA;Once you realize most anarcho-libertarian polices are fashioned for people hunting Injuns and bears, in the Wild West, where their next neighbor is 25 miles away, they make some sort of sense.&#xA;&#xA;Otherwise, not.</html></oembed>
