I found out the hard way that expanding your range downward at least 2 if not 3 octaves with fancy beatbox techniques can overwhelm the bandwidth of your midi, especially if you want to ALSO use your falsetto. So guess who is getting a midi for his birthday now? Finally aggregating the stuff I need to actual self record on something other than my phone...
