The first time you wash it the fabric looks fucked, so I've stuck to cotton because it's cheaper and washes better. I don't have a regular washer and dryer I have this mini piece of shit I bought from Amazon that washes my clothes, and it sits in my bathtub. Any large blankets I have to take the laundromat, which costs $5 for wash and $5 for drying. The microplastic shit is already in the air and water anyway.
