Are these company cards such as Walmart that do this or more like the Visa and American Express gift cards where you can use it anywhere? I'm guessing it would be the latter with Visa and MX cards being the ones that have the issues with shotgun KYC. That's my guess anyway. I don't see why Walmart would do so on Walmart gift cards, but I could be wrong.
