I haven't used other socials in nearly two years. I deleted them all a year ago or so. Nostr is the only social that matters. It's the most authentic and active community of people I ever come scores on my 30 years of being on the Internet. Perhaps using Nostr only a few times a year, essentially making it your own personal ghost town, is why you feel it's a ghost town? As with most things in life that require work, if you put time and effort into Nostr, you'll reap the benefits. If you don't put forth any effort, you'll have a bad experience.
