Maduro memorized all the words and was extracted out of Venezuela as a trade deal for his life and the country's life\n2. The seeds are in a multisig set up and/or portions of the keys have been geographically distributed throughout the world (Swiss Banks, Chinese Vaults, somewhere in Siberia) and only Maduro knows where to find it.
