It’s a major conflict of interest.  \n\nVC firms have a fiduciary responsibility to their investors to do everything they can to benefit the shareholders.\n\nIf Odell votes for a 1031 competitor to receive a grant from OpenSats he is breaking that promise to his shareholders \n\nFull stop. This is not permitted in any industry. It’s not about opinions this IS a conflict of interest. Disclosing it doesn’t justify breaking fiduciary responsibility.\n\nThe primal thing is setting a terrible precedent do you understand what I said about them changing users notes?\n\nIt’s not about centralized media hosting it’s about altering the users notes.\n\nThe media url is part of my note and primal is altering it by using their media file. \n\nThey could at any point change the media that’s used in that url.\n\nI feel like you are not understanding how bad this is.
