They were not born on his property. The pasture is not super great. There is not a regular rotation. The steers do not have good grassfed genetics. The system is against him. There is a looming hay shortage. Life is hard.\n\nHowever, he does have a good plan. He is determined. He has a great attitude. He is moving towards a regenerative model. The steers are largely grassfed. He is failing while daring greatly.\nThat is commendable.\n\nTransitionally regenerative is a marketable term and an important concept. I openly told people that this beef is not the best in the world, but that it is much better than the beef at the store. Even if it is not perfect, there is value in knowing where your food comes from. It brings us to a more natural state of things. It's called #community .\n\nSupport transitionally regenerative producers. This is how we are going take back our farms. Our land. Our food. Our #health . Our communities. Our #economy . Our #liberty . Our #dignity . Our #humanity .\nWe do it one steer at a time. One #pig at a time. One #sheep at a time. One chicken at a time. One tomato at a time.\n\n#farmstr #growfarmers #grownostr #realfood"}
