But with intention. \n\nTo all the organizers out there - I would urge you to lean hard into creating spaces where people laugh and make memories together and less into lining up chairs for keynote speeches.\n\nThe highest compliment a person pays me is when a person tells me they remember a beefsteak.  \n"}
