You're just a good-hearted person.\"\n\nHe probably didn't think twice about saying it. But I almost broke down right there.\n\nWhen you spend years surrounded by people who take from you, erase your contributions, and treat you like a burden... a simple moment of honest recognition hits you right in the chest.\n\nIt almost broke the dam because it's the truth. And my spirit recognized it.\n\nThose aren't sad tears. That's just a starved heart finally getting fed.\n\nIt reminded me of something important. The answer to being undervalued isn't to become a cold-hearted person. The answer is to remove the people who underappreciate your worth.\n\nI am worth more than what I've been paid. I am worth more than the people who tried to use me. I'm glad someone finally saw it.\n\nAnd the ones who don't see it? They don't get access to me anymore.\n\n🕊️ \n\n"}
