I can walk in to a hospital in the US and if I'm willing to pay, I can get pretty much any care I want/need fairly immediately.\n\nYou can't do that in Canada or Britain.\n\nAnd yet, the system in the US is getting more and more strangled and stupid with the amount of regulatory waste that gets added every year.\n\nBut that's the point. Keep people sick and desperate so they rely on an intentionally broken system that only sees them either as cash cows or inconveniences.\n\nAnd yes, it is a dogmatic opinion.
