My problem with your take though, is that to say this applies to all prosecutions presumes runs counter to the #SCOTUS ruling stating that the very power which your second screenshot refers to, which cannot infringed upon by #Congress, is limited to being used in pursuit of the law, as described in your first screenshot. Perhaps additional motives for prosecution are covered, I don’t know yet, but you haven’t cited part of the ruling that establishes that thus far."}
