This type of work takes a lot and yet after it today and after quite a long time since I have given one of these, I am almost hearing a calling that I should be giving them quite more often. They are quite special in the right setting and container. And I am feeling people need this more than ever at present. \n\nI am really feeling for all of us holding so much accumulated trauma, anscestral weight and wounds, as well as the intense pressures of our current times and the future all of it in our bodies. \n\n\n\n \n\n"}
