I do not. I have honestly never heard about that but that somewhat makes sense and maybe harkens back to some of the Indian origins of ghee.\n\nI will have to do more research into that! For now it's made as soon as I have the butter available. I am planning though on experimenting with different types of ghee, like a garlic/rosemary infused ghee and perhaps a cultured ghee as well now."}
