If you used protein as the metric then meat would appear much higher on the list. Maybe near the top. \n\nI think maybe mass is the best way to measure this sort of thing? 🤷🏻‍♂️ but that also skews due to sugar having such low mass compared to calories for example 🤔 OK, So we need a metric like mass corrected for calories or vice versa.
