I planted 400 hills of potatoes this spring, and about 85% are growing beautifully. In about a month I need to DIG about a pickup box of spuds… that’s going to be a workout..\n\nHopefully the corn actually produces.\n\nGot a bunch of Roma tomatoes producing so, will need to be making sauce and canning it.\n\nBeans will need to be canned..\n\nPeas keep getting picked and shelled \u0026 frozen.\n\nI’ve got a pumpkin and some squash that’ll need to be dealt with.\n\nBy then my rhubarb will need to be picked again.\n\nNot to mention multiple other herbs n veggies in containers that are just small amounts for seasonings, that’ll all need to be picked, dried and powdered.\n\nI’ve got a busy few months ahead…"}
