Other than that just water, maybe take salt tablets sometimes. \n\nI haven’t experimented much with beet juice yet, but actually have it in my refrigerator 😅 I know it is supposed to help a lot but haven’t tried it other than eating a lot of beets. I’ll try to do it and see how it goes. How much do you take and how long before?\n\nI also now that baking soda is real good. But haven’t tried it either. Have you? "}
