There was a presentation on how to ensure AI agents stick to protocol and don’t hallucinate or come up with creative responses that are unexpected. We&#39;ll simply ask for what we want and receive it, or even have it recommended to us based on various interactions we&#39;ve had. The content finds us, not the other way around.<br/><br/>The technical shift is profound but the business model shift is even bigger. Today&#39;s walled gardens exist because companies need to own the customer relationship.
