My stepdad had a TBI last month. His cardiologist stressed that usually people on his blood thinners do not survive that.

Couple of years ago I bought loads of flower bulbs intending to share them with my friend Mary-Jo. She was getting her garden back in shape since her husband died and we thought some new flowers would be a good addition. We didn't get around to it in the fall and then in December she was killed crossing the street. Today I planted everything left whether it was dried up or not. Next year I hope for surprise blooms that will make me think of my friend and smile. #gardening #grief
