The fact that neither the transporter or the ones stopping stopping the transport accumulate any substantial gain from the process leads to why are they willing to go to such extremes without really being able to see clearly how their efforts will not produce a return with the risk. It seem to me both parties are depressed about the passes and anxious about the future and this is because they can’t get on top financially and this is because when they save the money they earn it becomes less. Everything they save is worthless and that might very well be the real cause of this situation.
