Here's an idea that could make BCHNostr even stronger.

Each country could have its own official community, allowing local members to connect, support each other, and grow together. The admin for each country should be selected through a transparent community vote, with the winner becoming the official community leader.

Alongside these country communities, there should be only one international community where members from every country can meet, collaborate, and share ideas. This international community should be managed directly by the BCHNostr site owner to ensure fairness, consistency, and global coordination.

Finally, the site owner and all country admins could form a committee that regularly discusses new ideas, solves challenges, and works together to make every community stronger.

Strong local communities + one united global community = a stronger future for BCHNostr.

BTC is great as a store of value, no doubt. But if we're talking about everyday payments and real-world use, BCH is where I see the bigger opportunity. Fast transactions, very low fees, and it's already being used by merchants in many places. Instead of chasing every new altcoin, I'd rather stick with a coin that actually works as peer-to-peer electronic cash. After listening to community feedback, the requirements for claiming the 1 BCH merchant-testing bounty have been updated.

The previous requirement for merchants to sign up for BCHPay and BCHLocal before qualifying for the bounty created unnecessary friction. Since the primary goal is to test existing BCH payment setups, that requirement has been relaxed.

✅ Updated Rules

If the merchant is already listed on Paytaca Maps and the BCH payment works successfully:

- You qualify for the bounty.
- No BCHPay or BCHLocal signup is required.

If the payment fails:

- The merchant must complete BCHPay registration and BCHLocal verification before the bounty can be claimed.

If the merchant is not listed on Paytaca Maps:

- They must also complete BCHPay registration and BCHLocal verification for the bounty to qualify.

The objective remains the same: verify real-world BCH payment acceptance and help improve the everyday payment experience.
