It was my first day back on the bike. It felt good to start putting my mental issues and the past behind me and focus on the road and challenges ahead. <br/><br/>I was a little taken aback that TrainerRoad’s AI has dropped my FTP down to 205—roughly half of what it was 6 months ago. Given my performance in this session, it seems a reasonably accurate estimation. I’ll do a ramp test in 4 weeks to see where I’m at. <br/><br/>Consistency is key.
