First the GP prescribed antibiotics, 3 different ones, ending in an emergency, 12 days in hospital, Discharged and repeated twice. She is now home again, after a total of 34 days in hospital. If she had had appropriate treatment at home in the first place, before it turned into sepsis, this would likely not have happened.
