But it is working as advertised. I am just exercising a note of caution that the default may be there is an early termination or minimum term cost. It may be something you can fight and win, but not necessarily simple, so check. That is all.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;At A&amp;amp;A we try and make things fair and simple. Generally, for us, a min term is something you can pick when ordering, impacting install price. But I don&amp;#39;t know how other ISPs operate.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;-- &lt;br/&gt;^RevK

The statutory cooling off period for buying goods and services on line is iffy on these matters as it is not meant as a &amp;#34;free trial of a service&amp;#34;, but a period in which to &amp;#34;change your mind before before getting a service&amp;#34;. For goods it is a &amp;#34;change your mind after getting it&amp;#34;, if you send good back, but not for services (as you can&amp;#39;t send them back). I mean, it depends on how far away your horizon is. The reasons for this deal are explained, truthfully, in the FireBrick website post. Essentially we hold a suboptimal amount of stock. Simple as that. And we&amp;#39;d like to bring it to a more optimal amount held. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Work progresses on the 3100, but it is at least a year away (guess). Schematic close to finished, but PCB layout, casework, firmware, all still to be done. So a lot left.

The moving of different types of backhaul between LNSs meant we knew exactly what was on that LNS. The changing around of which LNSs run which versions has also been interesting.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This will lead to more tests and more avenues of investigation this week.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Every clue gets us closer.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;-- &lt;br/&gt;^RevK

      I have tried to post some updates on the FB9000 work.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It is hard work. We solved the initial problem, as I said, but we have this niggling and rare issue only showing in &amp;#34;live&amp;#34; LNSs, and after at least a week running, and only some LNSs, and not BGP routers, and so on.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;We are still eliminating causes, and it seems like voltage regulators is one to eliminate now.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;We are also deploying more kit and changed LNS deployment, and narrowing the cause as much as we can.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Not giving up.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;-- &lt;br/&gt;^RevK
