I normally would never think to burn an American flag, even though I find the worship and idolatry of the symbol a bit disturbing, nonsensical and weird.
But a president telling me I can’t has me as close as I’ll ever be to lighting one on fire.
I am a free American citizen. And if I ever feel like torching one, I will. It’s my own money, I can go to Walmart, buy an american flag made in China and do whatever the fuvk I want with it. It’s MY property.

Every time I post here on Nostr I seem to get at least 1 sat zapped to me, sometimes as much as a few hundred sats. I also own this data, it’s cryptographically tied to me, and I make instant, real money off of stupid content spewed directly from my brain. Why would I post anywhere else??

This book was written in 1975. It chronicles the history of what happened to German’s currency after WW1. I’m only 69 pages in. It’s all happening again. It is absolutely insane that you can currently take a $1 bill, a worthless piece of paper that they can PRINT, and you can trade that shit piece of paper that doesn’t even work well for toilet paper and trade it for 950 satoshis.
NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY FUCKING SATOSHIS. For ONE PIECE OF SHIT DOLLAR?! Before you know it, a dollar will only buy you 500 satoshis. Then only 100 satoshis. Then only 10 satoshis. Then only 1 satoshi. If we’re really lucky, we may still be able to trade $100 bills for a single Satoshi in the future.
But the reality is that somewhere in between all these price points, there may likely be a scenario where people aren’t willing to trade their satoshis for dollars anymore. Because dollars can be printed. They’re worthless. We’re sitting on a major opportunity right now where we can still get almost 1,000 sats for a single worthless dollar. It would be a shame to piss that opportunity away as the dollar collapses over the next few years.

Been a while since I’ve been on Nostr. I keep thinking about how much better this product is than any other form of social media but unfortunately X and Facebook do a much better job of keeping my attention. BUT, if I just make a commitment to form a new habit of posting here every day and engaging for 30-60 minutes, this platform will be keeping my attention a lot better. Not to mention the raw power of actually owning my data here and being able to send and receive sats is an opportunity I’m sick of missing out on.

Yet again, I’ve neglected #Nostr for weeks, just now trying out #Plebstr since #Damus had the #zap button taken away. I hate that we can’t zap posts now. Is there not a web app based on Plebstr or Damus that can go around the stupid App Store limitations? I like both Damus and Plebstr but this zap thing pisses me off. I want to get back at Apple somehow.

I didn’t make these shirts to sell them. I made them to troll all the nutjob conspiracy theorists who still have anything positive to say about the experimental gene therapy they tried to force into our arms. However, I keep getting approached by people in public asking for a shirt.
I don’t feel good selling them because I just ironed this design on to them, they look like shit, and I’m very sure after 5 or 6 more washes, it’s going to crack and peel away. Anybody can make one of these with about $8 and 3 minutes of ironing. I’ll even send you the template to print if you want to make your own with a spare white t shirt you probably have laying around.
That said, after giving away one to my neighbor and selling the shittiest-looking one for $40 to some guy in a parking lot, I guess the demand is high enough to entertain. If you really really want one, I’ll make one and ship it to you. I’m not going to sell them, but I will accept bitcoin donations for whatever you think it’s worth. This was me 120 days ago after slipping up for the holidays and eating a fuckton of sugar. I was 225 lbs which still wasn’t bad considering my top weight was 265 back in 2013. I got down to 189 in 2015 being super strict on #keto for over a year and then spent 2016-2022 doing dirty keto hovering between 200-220, and developing my dad bod after my son was born. In these last 120 days, I’ve only missed 9 workouts. I’ve been much more strict with keto, even going #carnivore for 3-8 days at a time. The only sugar I’ve had is the honey in my creatine shit cookie that I force myself to choke down every day. I’m still at 225 lbs. But I’m completely unrecognizable. It’s going to be a fun summer. 😆 #health is the ultimate #wealth. #bitcoin #nostr

The key to making Nostr successful will be to consistently post quality content with the proper incentives to bring people back into the app as often as possible. It feels like zaps combined with an early days twitter feel will do exactly that. This is going to be very exciting to watch.
