I’m a high school science teacher new to nostr, and I want to use the platform to get community feedback on a curriculum that I’m making for teaching AP Environmental Science next semester at a California public high school. My husband is a bitcoiner and encouraged me to start this journey on nostr because I have 5 weeks after the AP test at the end of the semester to teach about any relevant topic that I want. I want to tailor each unit throughout the semester to relate in some way to bitcoin and would like community feedback to help teach the next generation of bitcoiners! I want to start by building out my slide deck for the unit as well as the lesson plans using a decentralized platform if possible. From there I can post links here to get feedback as I design the units. More than anything, the class is about painting a picture of how systems in our environment - both natural and man made - are interconnected. I try to focus a lot on boiling concepts down to first principles to get students thinking critically and engaging in debates in class.
