No matter what set of beliefs peasants are required to accept that violent regime (ideologies — religious/secular, capitalist/non-capitalist, indigenous/non-indigenous, …), so long as the claims are made to control disproportionate portion of resources for a single individual/group of individuals at the expense of others, that system can only be enforced using the gun & threat of using the gun against those who are denied access to those resources unjustly.

Because we are forced to live in this regime of exclusive claims, which are always to the detriment of someone else (regime of "private property" is a zero sum game), everyone needs to have access to the same tool, tools of violence, so no one can impose their unjust ideologies, stealing using sophisticated bullshit system, while hiding safely behind a gun that protects those unjust privileges.

Because we live in systems that are made needlessly complex (deliberately), we might not be able to directly witness this gain at the cost of someone else, but we can measure it based on distribution of resources you have access to vs those other people you know about.

In anycase, try to be slightly less greedy than you were yesterday. You might not succeed (as its difficult for me too) but its definitely worth trying.

I agree with the underlying spirit of Jeremiah Wright & obviously I disagree with the shameless gaslighting & lies of JFK.

Having said that, I disagree with an important element in the Jeremiah Wright argument too (altho I like the conclusions he has drawn, but his argument has a fundamental problem).

Let me explain.

There is an expectation from many comrades that since we know ruling class is our enemy, most important enemy, that shared enemy should be the EXCLUSIVE unifying factor, for all of us to hold hands & sing kumbaya (or fight shared enemy).

There is another school of thought, one that recognizes reality as it exists now, recognizes the historical journey that led us to current point, recognizes we have to acknowledge the existing injustices in society (we don't have solve them right away — if we cant solve them without structural changes, but atleast one acknowledges existing injustices without papering over them or deny their existence to create false unity), the school that recognizes, without that acknowledgment, we will be divided up later, by ruthless forces from top, who already know how to divide each of us, into favored & disfavored groups, subject us to the same/new set of gradations when it comes to favorability & oppression, which they will 100% deploy, because that's the exact tactic they deployed for generations to maintain current rotten existing hierarchical order.

The later school of thought, recognizes the importance of unity thats based in reality as it exists, recognizes existing injustices, and recognised such unity is more stronger than the false unity of first approach, thats based merely on shared enemy. Shared enemy politics can be neutralized pretty easily as the enemy at the top only have to bring up existing divisions into the fore, for the infighting chain reactions in the shared-enemy group to start, coupled with sufficient repression from top (or them deploying carrot & stick approach), can lead to the self-destruction of shared enemy based relationships.

If one is serious about having stronger long-lasting relationships (thats a must to fight as stronger enemies as Capital/State/Fascism), we do need to talk about what divides us, as much as what unites us, so our worldview is shaped by reality as it exists now, reality that brought us to the current situation in the first place, rather than just focussing on the enemy.

This doesnt mean we only need to have infightings all the time that bring out the ugly differences, that exposes the old wounds. We can have the shared struggles against common enemies, but only when they are coupled with acknowledgement of reality. This again is important because once we do acknowledge, put ourselves in the next person shoes, it forces us to see, each of us are not operating from the same set of basic foundations, not operating from the same set of baseline oppression we are subjected to, and this will enable participants in the struggle to recognize what legitimate line of arguments are & what are not.

Once we do know what legitimate line of arguments are (even if the argument doesnt accompany sweetner i.e even if the argument is bitter because the underlying reality is even more bitter), we can still have the shared fights against common enemy, but atleast our shared fights are much stronger, as they do acknowledge that the struggle is not just for dismantling just those three primary hierarchies (State, Capital & Fascism), but we have to bring down all other forms of domination too, those much larger interconnected systems of dominations that aid those three primary hierarchies. As of today, those three primary hierachies, coupled with all other forms of domination, allows few strong to dominate many weak (in those classes of situations few are strong) & many strong to dominate few weak (in those classes of situations where many are strong) simultaneously, which is what the current state of each of our societies are.

Once we know most, if not all variables, when the enemy from top does deploy the division tactic, we do know which side we are on & most in the shared struggle already know that division is already a known variable that cant divide us anymore.

The title of the proposed law is:

Protection of Israeli Public Officials from the Action of the International Criminal Court in The Hague against the State of Israel.

If anyone cooperates with ICC & delivers any evidence against its crimes, they can be given upto life imprisonment if the evidence is important (so called "classified").

If anyone provides a service to ICC for investigation (not providing evidence, but mere services, can be as small as a clerk that aids with typing), that "crime" is deserving of 5 years imprisonment.

It treats resources ICC uses to conduct investigation as funds classified under Terrorism law.

There are many interpretations of history as to what happened. Why we are here. How did we arrive here.

This is one interpretation of broad currents of brown & black world that exists today.

We browns & blacks would have slaughtered each other in our own brutal ways, at the behest of our own brown & black masters, just like how whites slaughtered each other too in the past, at the behest of their masters.

After all that fight, we too would have come to terms with slaughter & created mechanisms by which we dont have to slaughter each other, just like how most of white world did (barring few exceptions).

But the colonial & imperial foreign element, which its military muscle, its economic muscle i.e dollars & euros, has kept our societies in subservient positions, thru economic & military domination (that gives them sufficient resources to dominate us technologically — because if I can have all your resources, I can decide how to allocate those resources to decide how to get more of it at your expense, in the future too, while keeping you in a permanent state of subjugation). All the colonial & imperial forces exists to keep our brown & black world largely a glorified slave market to the white world.

White world, in order to shield themselves from the consequences of their own robbery machines, created NATO (in the military realm) to protect each other from white world exploitation — within limits, relative to the brown & black world, while keeping all former colonized societies divided, terrorized up, ensuring most brutish elements amongst us as our so called "leaders" (or) if thats not feasible, install brutish elements amongst us by overthrowing — thru soft/hard coups, allowing only such rotten societies in our midst, who will terrorise up sufficiently, which allow ruthless exploitation of us by the white world, so we fight with each other over the peanuts slaves are allowed to have aka so called "employment".

There is no good reason for a white person in West to be making so many times more than a black/brown person in the 3rd world, except the fact that we are subservient societies that are fully kept under the thumb of the white world — directly/indirectly, for so many generations.

The most virulent form of Nazism in modern world is the Jewish Nazism in West Asia, that's aided & abetted by Jewish Nazis in West, as much as it's aided by Western racist & Nazi ruling classes.

On State's "legal" intimidation, bullying & thuggery

If you take a look at the persecution of Mahmoud Khalil, a Palestinian Colombia university graduate, being kidnapped by Empire's goons (at the instigation of Zionist & Imperial scum), you see that he was detained on a Saturday at 8:30PM.

Tho the time would not be as relevant in other cases & when compared to the rest of the bullying & cruelty by Empire & its goons would look like its nothing, but the timing is relevant in the sense that, they picked that late Saturday night because they wanted to ensure his lawyers will not have time to stop them from throwing him under the bus pretty quickly as its a weekend late evening/night.

This is from the application submitted by his lawyers to court:

Since most in society (including lawyers) will have weekend plans, courts might be closed (I am not sure how courts work in Empire for immigration related cases, but I am assuming they will be closed too) & might not be available till Monday, they picked that exact moment (Saturday late evening) to kidnap him, to make him most vulnerable to the harm they wanted to inflict on him. Even if a lawyer is available who is willing to go the extra mile (only privileged sections of society have this access), they have to prepare applications/petitions to be submitted & they take time, so weekend is a hurdle, so State goons picked late saturday night for this exact purpose.

They also moved him within Empire to a distant place, so he will have no support system in that distant place. They denied his access to lawyers as long as possible, in the hopes of simply kidnapping him & to throw him outside the border as quickly as possible, to try & deny him even the farcical "legal" protections Empire claim to provide.

These are pretty common tactics of every State & its goons — all around the world. In our shithole too, State goons does the kidnapping at the exact moment when they know courts will be closed over weekend/long holidays, so they can throw the political enemies in jail for the longest possible period or inflict maximum damage they can to serve bosses — political/bureaucratic.

Thanks to the rotten systems (whether these are so called "Democracies" or some other similar shit) we all are forced to live under, a fucking piece of paper determines what your intrinsic value is/lack there of. These systems are intrinsically anti-human, anti-justice, anti-fairness, but call themselves so called "systems of justice".

Every fucking system we currently have are machines geared to strip peasants of agency & transfer power away from peasants as much as possible, that have their own force (so called "process"), sweeping everyone in its current. Yet we are told we need to respect these rotten systems (even worse in our shithole).

I should have just used the phrase *ruling class* instead of *the system* in few places. Thats a mistake on my part & only on retrospect I can think of that.

But having said that, even if we ruling class in places where I used the word *system*, my broader point still remain valid.

I agree with the competing nature of that white supremacy politics vs broader anti-domination politics, of which, worker solidarity politics forms one stream amongst many interconnected streams of politics that aims to undermine those exclusionary politics.

But my point is about these politics needs to be consciously be aware of the fact that the white supremacy politics aims to not allow existing distribution of power to change (in broader society at large), and in large society, there are serious power asymmetries that were already brought in reality by those policies (from past). White supremacy politics already recognize existing distribution in society is already biased towards certain groups & they would either want to keep existing distributions as is (or) make it worse in the wrong direction. They dont want equalization because they already recognize existing disparities in society.

This also doesnt mean, white supremacy politics gives better deal to white people relative to say Anarchist politics (they dont), but within the logic of existing ruling class politics (politics of enclosure), they do ensure the distribution of power remains in the white hands relative to other groupings. They want to higher in the pecking order relative to the guys at the top, even if broader ruling classes do enjoy disproportionate advantage over them.

Focus of my point was about identifying, within the logic of existing system (not within the logic of future Anarchist society), if the proponents of an ideology do benefit/benefited in existing systems relative to others or not. If those bigoted & politics of unfairness can be seen only as only being useful tools who reap no reward i.e not a primary beneficiary (or) if there are actual tangible benefits we can observe amongst the groups that pursue any unfair policy, which goes beyond just ruling class using them cynically (ruling class uses everyone is a given, on which both of us have no disagreement, but dispute is about whether certain groups who pursue specific unfair policies get unfair advantage they perused or not relative to others, on that my answer is yes, even if the advantage is not enjoyed by everyone the in the cohort).

It goes without saying, all politics of domination that ruling class either pursues or enables or tolerates benefits ruling class in some manner. If it doesnt, it will represses them thoroughly or atleast tries to repress them at every step of the way. That doesnt mean, every unfair policy ruling class pursues benefits everyone in the larger cohort. Even if not everyone got the benefits (may be some from larger cohort are scapegoats to pursue that policy), doesnt mean the larger cohort perse is not the beneficiary (atleast relative to others),

in our shithole, tho we are a non-white society, the underlying politics of domination (from my community) are very similar to white supremacist politics in West are. I often see the exact same argument furthered by people from my community who say the poorest amongst our group too suffer & hence our group (not all of us, but the broader group that enjoys relative advantage over others) is not a beneficiary. All I know is that position is not backed by evidence, even tho there are large number of people from my community who are at the bottom of the pyramid.

Since I thought this is an important point that sheds light on common mythology built around a specific group of people from dominant segments of society, I moved this to a separate post so its importance is emphasized.

Although we both agree on the important role systems play in the fates of peasants, but I clearly see that we disagree about who the direct & chief beneficiaries of various forms of domination are.

Since I adhere to the thesis of systems of domination explanation & degrees of culpability, going from direct beneficiaries first to indirect beneficiaries later, focussing on both [visible] material gains & [invisible] non-material gains accrued to some groups more than others (as material gains can be clearly seen in only some situations than in other situations), since you took the example of *Poor Whites*, I thought we should take a look at the material reality faced by various segments of society.

Towards this, when you say:

We have to compare apples with apples, rather than comparing apples to oranges.

We need to look at Whites vs Blacks, Rich Whites vs Rich Blacks, Middle class Whites vs Middle class Blacks, Poor whites vs Poor Blacks, Rich Whites vs Poor Whites, Rich Blacks vs Poor Blacks, quality of life of people in those cohorts, most importantly, number of people in those cohorts at the top vs bottom within each racial cohort, material condition of those in those segments of society, how easy/difficult for the said Poor white man/woman to change that status within the white cohort — say by dating/marrying a rich person within white cohort, getting help from another rich white person who is willing to help them out, the likelihood of such help coming because of number of people in those cohorts that can help them and so on (vs) Same for black/brown people, and so on.

Also, we need to look at the median income, 90th percentile income, 99th percentile income & resources they consume relative to other groups. All of that forms the basis of material reality, to find the direct & as per your categorization *chief beneficiary*.

So, I came across this study that looked at the wealth owned by typical whites vs typical blacks. It sheds more light on the situation, to determine if the direct & chief beneficiary of white supremacy is white population or not (or) is it just ruling class (what % of ruling class are white vs people belonging to other groups, in societies where there is a sizable white population?).

Ruling class benefits from all forms of hierarchy they tolerate &/ enable, not just white supremacist form of hierarchy, but white supremacy served those who control the top quite well, for many generations, while also directly & chiefly benefitting those in that white cohort, relative to those who dont belong to the white cohort.

This is what that study says.

Going a step further, we can chalk up everything to, *Well, those systems are the *chief beneficiaries*, not those who want to impose their will over others & use the system to get what they want (or) keep the things the way they are*.

In my view, that approach simply denies material reality & complicates the world far more than it simplifies, for no significant gain in return.

I also took a look at the beneficiaries of Settler-Colonial terrorism of Zionist Jews in Entity.

Here is what I found — just on the dimension of material benefit, ignoring the benefits that accrued by land grabs — most of the Palestinian land is now stolen by & in the hands of Zionist Jews, not the abstract "system"; ignoring the material benefit that society — not just ruling class — gained from that by converting that captive Palestinian population into guinea pigs for testing the most sophisticated weapons & build a "industry" of slaughter in collusion with Western Empire, building other systems of larger scale spying & social control, exporting that "tech" to other repressive regimes and so on. Beyond that, we cant even measure the unquantifiable benefits of imposing one's will over others (even if it doesnt have any direct material benefit, its still a benefit for the group that makes use of it), and so on.

So, this kind of shows who the direct & *chief* beneficiaries of Jewish supremacist settler-colonial terrorism that we call Zionism in Entity.

In my explanation, I dont deny the role played by larger systems, but I dont deny the direct & *chief* beneficiaries of systems of domination when the system gives them what they want — whether the said gain can be materially quantifiable or not, whether they got the full benefit of the bargain they made, whether everyone in the cohort got the expected benefit or not.

Just because a poor white has lost within a white supremacist society, it doesnt mean white supremacist society is not meant to benefit larger white cohort as a group. We can identify the purpose of the system by looking at the results of the systems over a long period of time (in those cases where such data exists).

The *Poor white* argument is a red-herring & is meant to serve a specific end i.e Hiding the underlying reality that benefits that DO accrue to the white cohort in question, not to every individual in the white cohort.

Its akin to a Capitalist saying: Well there are so many bankrupt Capitalists who failed within a Capitalist system. That means, the beneficiaries of Capitalism are not Capitalist cohort, but the [abstract] *Ruling class*.

*Lost Capitalist* argument is exactly same as *Poor white* argument, that Capitalist can come up with. One can say, it too has some element of truth in it, but when we look at the broader trend, we can clearly see the beneficiaries.

This is not in anyway denying some people within a cohorts & some cohorts more than other cohorts benefit more than others in systems of hierarchy (its always a given), but simply showcasing *Poor White* as an explanation why a white supremacist system that beats up everyone far more, ensure relative gains for one group of people at the expense of other groups i.e benefits white cohort far more relatively speaking, only adds needless complexity to a much simpler reality we can observe clearly.

This is not to say *White Poor* are not oppressed by the system, like how, a much larger group of Blacks/Browns are oppressed by the system, but the beneficiaries of white supremacy are white cohorts, not mere abstract "Systems"/"Ruling class".

I agree with Noura's broader observations about the near universal support for Jewish supremacist thuggery (Zionist thuggery) in West, esp. the broad support that thuggery has in Empire & rest of West, which makes sense, as the interests of Jewish supremacy, White supremacy & Western supremacy all happen to align well, when it comes to domination of West Asia.

But I dont think you (Noura) are right/your arguments are legitimate when you say:

Tho I agree with rest of the broader analysis of crimethinc & other comrades that contributed to this article, I am fully in agreement with their analysis, I have to disagree with them on this statement in the article.

I thought of sharing this long back, but held back as I wrote a lot about it. But somehow I missed to share it. It has bugged back then & I forgot to share. Now I found it again, so sharing it now.

This was the discussion between two Jewish comrades, closer to an year of genocide (based on the date on which this interview was published).

This is the state of one/two Jewish Anarchists (interviewer claims to be Anarchist, other person — who I understand is Jewish — claims to be anti-fascist, based on what I could find & has written a book on antisemitism, if I understand correctly) who still agreed with each other that the focus of world on Genocidal Entity & its is probably driven by antisemitism (altho interview — tho agrees with this assessment (unbelievable level of delusion) — says we need to focus on the crimes of Empire & West, which somehow makes a whole State i.e Jewish supremacist genocidal entity a mere puppet of Empire without agency of its own, which is contrary to reality. Its a collaboration crimes with Entity playing an active role in making the policy what it is, in collusion with Empire & rest of West.

Before you listen to this, keep these things in mind (unlike the fantansy arguments that exist)

1. Focus on Genocidal Entity is entirely due to its crimes now & that triggered everyone to learn what it did in the past that led it to the place where it is now. Left focus has very little to do with what Zionist collaborator PLO did/did not do, making the issue important long before.
2. Only genocidal states commit genocide, not all "States". Only Nazi societies commit genocides. Genocide is NOT "doing what nation states do, perticularly vigorously", its genocide. Also, wanting to hold a genocidal criminal accountable is not "picking on" (sounding like a innocent) a genocidal.
3. Zionists started committed Nazi crimes long before 1948 when Genocidal entity was created (long before Holocaust). They started their crimes all the from 1880—90s, bribing Empire's ruling class to give them the land of Palestine to them to the exclusion of those who lived there in 1917, committed so many crimes before 1948.
4. No one is entitled to commit genocide & ethnic cleansing (and steal their land) against those weaker than them because someone else stronger committed genocide against them. Just because Nazism massacred & systematically persecuted Roma, Socialists, Communists & Anarchists, doesnt automatically make them entitled to genocide, ethnic cleanse, massacre & steal other people stuff.
5. Focus on Genocidal Entity in Western societies & not as much on crimes of other genocidal/criminal States is because Empire & West are active collaborators in the crimes of Jewish supremacy & its fascist crimes in Palestine. Not because people are "antisemitic". This is not to deny there is no element of antisemitism, but the vast bulk of it is not. Its genocidal crimes made actual antisemitism far worse by legitimizing actual Nazis.
6. There is something unique about Zionist entity's crimes. Its committing crimes of 20th century i.e settler colonialism in 21st century, using the most advanced weapons known to humans to massacre people who have no comparable weapons to defend themselves, with the help of most powerful gangsters in the world i.e West & Empire, against the wishes of the whole world.

Finally, listen (and re-listen) to the person who claims to be Anarchist in the last few seconds of this clip. I cant make out clearly, but I see an undercurrent.

After listening to this, what I realized is, there is lot they have not read about the crimes of Zionists from before Holocaust & since. How Holocaust gave them the moral cover to accelerate their crimes against Palestinians, which they have been committing long before that.

PS: I did my best to remove identifying markers to avoid putting the individuals on the spot, as I believe this is larger phenomenon than something that can be attributed to individuals. 1. Nazis speech should be protected because unless they are allowed to say vile things about weak, weak would be disallowed to say what they want to say about Nazis.

To me, it feels like he was getting closer to truth by understanding power imbalance in the equation that the so called "free speech" BS of ACLU is just a license for powerful to say vile things about those weaker than them. Problem with community-notes system is:

Ruling class (political/economic) can hire people of various shades i.e liars to deceivers all they want. They will be allowed to peddle bigoted lies all day long, and we are asked to go & find evidence to disprove their lies on every post, of every bigot in the world. The bigot is not required to prove his assertions are correct. While these bigoted posts are generally boosted because of these algorithms serving vested interests, but also extraordinary claims of fascists (lies about weak non-stop) generally grab attention as people pay attention to potential threats (even if they are completely made up).

How will you go & stop bigotry of so many bigots when the floodgates are opened? When they have no cost, why should they stop with small lies? They can go straight to big lies. You can't stop them their community notes, as many of these people get compensated in various ways for this bigotry. You cant stop it even if you want thru mere community notes. The system of community notes has its utility on topics where there is good faith difference when it comes to interpretation of certain facts, or someone posts something by mistake, but its no substitute for moderation perse.

We need near equal power between moderated & moderator, when there is a dispute, which is whats lacking as of today. I wrote about this before, but I thought its useful to write about this now again (have few new points on this), because all Nazi & Nazi-friendly economic masters have decided its a free season to fully stand behind full-throated Fascism to protect interests of State & Capital.

Any power-blind & power-neutral analysis of people & systems is nothing but propaganda & is a weapon of dominant classes.

So called "free speech"/"free expression" is a euphemism of ruling class exactly for that.

Instead of fixing the problem, where in, the censor & censored have near equal power when there is a dispute, what ruling class has decided is, they are deciding to make overt & covert stochastic terroristic acts of powerful against powerless extremely easy.

Vast segments of State exercise their power based on information censorship, where they work in a system of information asymmetry, often with secret information (so called "national security" aka protect ruling class interests behind closed doors at the expense of peasants, because if everyone knows about it, they can judge it for themselves), gather only selective information using the resources they oligopolized as State, leak selective information, to select group of flunkies aka "journalists", politicians, thinktanks, etc whose job it is do agitprop to serve dominant & vested interests within society, undermine those who challenge the vested dominant interests.

When there is no information transparency, when there is algorithemic boosting of specific content (exists both in new dominant class media & old dominant class media) that serves the interests of dominant classes, talking about so called "free speech" is nothing more brazen enablement dominant interests so the attention can be pulled into the realm of toxic lies of vested dominant interests.

Besides, so called "free speech" is a license for dominant classes who control most of the megaphones (in all varieties of media i.e old & new flavours of media that serves dominant classes) to lie/deceive/mislead/gaslight about weaker segments so the target is put on the weaker segments, rather than on the dominant classes.

So called "terrorism" is the euphemism to take down anyone who speaks & acts openly & forcefully against the dominant interests of society in a serious way i.e Forcefully undermine State/Capital/Fascist interests in a serious way. The same so called "terrorism" label is not applicable to Neither State, Nor Capitalists, Not Fascists (barring rare exceptions on the edge, but definitely not applicable to the broader sections).

So called "terrorism" label is not applicable to State, when State engages in terrorism

* Acting as an arm of Fascism to terrorize, kidnap (so called "arrest") & murder people who oppose Fascism forcefully.
* Acting as an arm of Capital to terrorize, kidnap (so called "arrest") & murder people who oppose vested interests of Capital forcefully.

So called "terrorism" label is not applicable to Fascists (atleast broader segments of fascists), when Fascists engages in terroristic acts

* Acting as an arm of Capital to terrorize & murder people who oppose vested interests of Capital/State forcefully.

The indoctrination around so called "free speech" & every other dogshit power-ignorant, power-blind analysis is nothing but furthering the interests of vested dominant interests in society.

There is a rule of thumb I use for this:

If so called "free speech" undermined actual material interests of dominant classes, they would have made it illegal long back. Any dominant group that talks about so called "free speech" is not someone you can trust. All they are interested in is furthering their vested interests & they see so called "free speech" gives them far more value in undermining their opinions. This might/might not turn out the same way they want, but rhetoric about "free speech" is exactly that.

In West, they literally censored & deboosted most of speech thats against Palestinian genocide for more than an year now under the guise of antisemitism (what tool they need to use is irrelevant for them, so long as it serves the interests of dominant classes). They do it even today, yet talk about so called "free speech".

Dominant classes control information gathering & control dissemination i.e channels & boosting/deboosting, all the way to censorship.

They control which information is presented, how its presented, when its presented, ban certain content, hide certain content, artificially boost certain content over other content. They control everything around it behind closed doors to serve their interests.

Besides, algorithmic boosting of certain content is not a new phenomenon. Its mastered by Legacy media for generations now. The algorithm they had back then was hiring process & editorial control, which allows them to decide what kind of people (belief systems) are let in, what they are allowed & not allowed to write/speak & how they are allowed to write/speak, which information is censored, which information is presented, how its presented, whats emphasized & whats deeemphasized, whats hidden, and so on.

Thats a more primitive yet quite an effective ruling-class algorithm, as it got the results ruling classes wanted. Ruling class agents decided what gets shown (and not shown) to who, when & how? What changed now is not the nature of operation of dominant class i.e they decide most important variables, but only technology. Since current technology is a bit hard to control at scale, they have a more refined & fine-grained form of tools of manipulation.

They talk about so called "free speech" make one believe all arguments with equal merit is given near-equal platform. Its definitely never the case. The "free speech" argument is exactly like saying: Everyone have the same ability to become billionaire. Can everyone become a billionaire? We all know 99.9…9% of people will not become one. If everyone becomes one, that word loses the value it has today. That's also like saying: Anyone can become a President/Prime minister/…. There is only one position like that. Anyone who is saying that is a ruling class propagandist/a clueless person. A person who shouts in a forest also has so called "free speech". So long as ruling class & their agents have megaphone, while you & I shout into the wild, while they decide which speech is "legal" & which is not, the fiction of "free speech" is mere rhetoric.

This is not to deny the gradations of repressions that exists in each of our societies. Ours is far worse when it comes to even the bare minimum of speech if it goes against vested dominant interests when compared to Empire. But the rhetoric of "free speech" is not as noble as its presented as. In a just society, we will not allow fascists to lie nonstop because so called "free speech". He would be beaten to pulp by those against whom they constantly lie about.

This is also not to say, we need to have censors behind closed doors (who are a class unto themselves, who are easily corrupted both by bias & vested interests — class/other). But these ruling class ghouls talking about "free speech" is rich as they control the levers behind closed doors & know our speech undermining their unjust interests is limited, while their speech furthering their unjust interests is not limited.

Thru this rhetoric of "free speech", Fashbook robot is simply transferring power from one segment of ruling class servants i.e California (Shit & Fashlibs) to another segment of ruling class servants i.e Texas (Open Fash), both of whom he controls (in the interests of existing dominant classes). The "New Era" of politics he is talking about is Naked Fascism in the white world thats getting some pushback from whatever tiny sections of left that exists. To counter that force, they are opening the floodgates of bigotry, the weapon ruling class always wields. If you challenge that bigotry forcefully (when you force it, the voice your position have is as loud as their rigged game), its "illegal".

Their get-away card for enforcing new form of manipulation of content (serving fash interests) is:

"These are complex systems that will never be perfect" i.e We ruling class while manipulating people's mind behind closed doors with specific algorithms that benefit us, but as you can see, "we cant be prefect". Besides, what dont you understand about "complexity"? If we enable harm at scale, its not because of its our conscious decision to be direct result of recklessness (or) our wickedness to boost certain content over others, but because "nobody is perfect". If weak gets killed/bigotry against them becomes disproportionate leading to realworld harm (below getting killed), well, we can hide behind "complex system", "imperfection" & rest of buzzwords.

The same people will then go on to tell us:

You cant expect us to be perfect, Do you? Dont let perfect be the enemy of possible. So, Trust me, Bro!

Thats the level of sophisticated gaslighting we are dealing with here.

Also, they will remove whats "illegal". Dominant classes decide whats so called "legal" & whats "illegal". For e.g Calling for attacking vulnerable people is so called "legal" (depending on jurisdiction it can be open — which is the case in our hellhole, or dog-whistle in other places). Calling for State to massacre people who are weaker than one is so called "legal". Instigating for wars to massacre large groups of people is so called "legal". On the otherhand, making a forceful case to overthrow existing unjust systems i.e State, Capital & their buddy Fascism is is so called "illegal".
