I would say memory safety is important to avoid buffer overflows, use after free, etc. which is extremely common in C programs even to this day. Of course you can say it&#39;s a skill issue. I do like C but it&#39;s kinda easy to make those mistakes so I&#39;d rather avoid them when possible. Makes me think that if there were law to add NSA backdoor into every OS they would just do it without question. Systemd already added a feature that stores the date of birth of the user. And age verification requires a way to verify the users age so that implies showing your ID or scanning your face.
