It felt amazing to be able to ride again and skate. it awakened something in me that i had completely forgotten about. <br/><br/>Sadly though due to my lack of physical activity prior, it would leave me feeling completely sore and broken after every session and almost every time, i would get a skate stopping injury within a few weeks of skating.<br/><br/>It&#39;s been quit difficult dealing with this mentally, feeling like you lost something you had before. <br/><br/>This year i am taking it upon myself to start early and prep my body for the skate season that is coming shortly.
