At least with assets like BTC or ETH there’s something many ignore: cycles.

They drop, yes.

But let’s actually think.

Since 2000, the euro has lost around 40% of its purchasing power
— likely more in real life if you measure it against housing, energy, or education. And the trend isn’t exactly reversing. If anything, monetary policy keeps pushing in the same direction: more currency, less value.

So what are you really doing when you “save”?
You’re stockpiling something that is designed to lose value over time.

Now flip it.

What if, instead of locking capital into a depreciating currency for 10–18 years, you keep your liquidity, invest it, or allocate it into assets that actually preserve or grow purchasing power… and when the time comes, you use financing?

A student loan, in an inflationary system, can work in your favor.

Why?

Because you pay back the future with cheaper money.
Debt gets diluted. Currency gets weaker.

But their 6-step procedure to disable 2FA is anti-Bitcoin philosophy. Simply contacting them from the login email and moving $5 from an address already used is enough to prove ownership.

Everything else — the $250, the KYC with passport, etc. — is unnecessary and goes against p2p no-KYC practices.

Of course, I refused.
I’d rather lose the good reputation I had on my account than hand over my personal data to a database or a human.
