I haven’t figured out a way to say “no more” to the state when all of our income tax and deductions are done at source. The government has taken away people’s ability to claim employment insurance benefits and their only option is to thrust their family into poverty if their only option to negotiate with an employer for direct pay is to threaten to quit. The employer is still left with the liability whether you voluntarily pay your tax bill at filing time or not, thus turning every decent-paying employer into a tax collection agent. The only way out is to develop a source of income that is outside of the fiat system, then choose to violate laws that will land you in prison when they finally catch up to you.
