With the fediverse, we have the power to choose our home and I prefer to choose one where I would be comfortable recommending everyone I know to join. I cannot in good conscience remain on a server where people I know could potentially be victimized by the people in power.

I work at System76 :popos: :ubuntu: (npub1mjj…a2m6) as Principal Engineer where I maintain our Linux distribution [@pop_os_official](https://fosstodon.org/@pop_os_official ), port @coreboot@mastodon.technology and open source embedded controller firmware to our laptops, work on the new desktop environment [@COSMIC_desktop](https://fosstodon.org/@COSMIC_desktop ), and more!

I also am the creator and BDFL of a microkernel operating system primarily written in Rust Language (npub1n6l…4ths) called Redox OS (npub1y8w…gese). I am damn near crazy about #Rust and use it anywhere and everywhere!
