The ASX200 index was tracking Australia's M3 money supply growth rate steadily until the GFC.

What this shows is that prior to the GFC, if the M3 money supply expanded by 7% in a year, the ASX200 index generally followed suit.

Since the GFC, the money supply has continued to grow at a compounded rate, while the ASX200 has fallen short.

The major wealth creators of the ASX200 were those who timed the market exceptionally well, selling at the highs of 2019, repurchasing the index at the lows of COVID-19, and since then achieving returns that have mirrored M3 money supply growth.

How many had the skills to time the Covid drop?

The ASX200 is made up of the largest 200 businesses on the Australian Stock Market, but only a small percentage of those companies are responsible for the recovery since the GFC and COVID. Many others have delisted or been acquired.

Stocks can also be diluted through capital raises.

Bitcoin, on the other hand, is a fixed-supply asset, the only guaranteed fixed asset in the world.

Not only does it track the M2 global liquidity market, but it has also outperformed by a factor of 7–10x depending on the year.

The most alarming part is most of the debt is in the younger generation.

Australian GDP has spiraled lower and lower since 1970, as countries backed off from the gold standard, the sacrifice was economic decay as they print into oblivian.

If you're not holding assets that are scarce and desirable, the gap between you and the wealthy has widden more than ever.

It's not just Australia, most countries GDP have collapsed in the same time frame, as banks got bailed out over and over diluting your bank accounts, and the economy requires 10% more sugar each year to get that positive GDP growth hit.

If no one is working 10% harder each year, how does the economy grow?

There are only two ways an economy can increase their wealth:

1. Generate a good or service that attracts international money. NET IN from their money printer.

2. Our own money printing.

Australia, rich in commodities, was the foundation of our countries growth since the 1900s. POINT 1 above.

Approximately $20,800 just for this expense over the 8 years.

My deposit was $150,000, and purchase $690,000.

Stamp duty = $32,000, so owned us $722,000.

Sold in 2024 for $830,000. (Agent commission was $14,000. These slugs are the only ones making money in real estate for doing fuck all. House sold before they touched it.)

In those years, the maintenance, the agent fees, interest, rental loss, commission to agent etc even after the rental income, we walked away with $30,000 profit.

$150k levered to gain $30,000 or 20% in 8 years.

Factor inflation and we lost money.

In 2016, 10x less capital with 0 leverage of $15,000 buys you 6.25 Bitcoin today worth almost $1mil.

The full deposit buys you 93 Bitcoin, today worth $14 million or 14 Australian properties with 0 debt.

There is no CGT on the Australian dollar.

The right policies should be written to exempt CGT on Bitcoin.

Unlike the "Australian Dream" of investment properties, these investments have multiple taxes including stamp duty, land tax, council rates.

In Victoria, new tax policies have seen investment properties become the worst assets to hold due to a new Covid relief plan where the state government would increase the tax by almost 300% if you own a second property, and even higher if you hold a block of land with no dwelling for more than 2 years.

Let's debunk the problem in the year 2140 when Bitcoin miners only have the transaction fees as income.

1. By the year 2050, most of the Bitcoin mining will be on renewable cheap energy anyway.

2. Only the most efficient mining pools will continue.

3. Their maintenance cost / energy cost may be X amount of today.

4. Bitcoin would have engulfed 5-10% of the global asset value.

5. With today's price, that is $2.6 million per Bitcoin.

6. The current block as of this message had a total transaction fee of 0.056 Bitcoin.

7. 0.056 x $2.6mil = $148,235 which is almost as much as the current reward.

8. By the year 2140, Bitcoin will be the global money anyway and all transactions from government to government will use the Bitcoin network.

9. The global asset value wil be 900 quintillion because humans love printing money forever.

10. Bitcoin will be 5% of that anyway.

11. Bitcoin price will be $2.6 billion, then.

12. $2.6 billion by 0.056 Bitcoin saying the transaction amount per block does not change = $2.6 billion x 0.056 = $145,600,000 worth.

Australian Property Index from 1975 through to 2023 had an average annual growth rate of only 2.6%.

Most of the gains came AFTER the year 2000 as rates fell continously from a cash rate of 6.25% to 0.5% in 2020.

On the otherhand, the M1 Australian money supply rose 13.1% every year since 1975.

Yes most houses doubled every 10 years, but so did the money supply PLUS the infaltion cost of living.

Everyone is much much poorer if you factor in interest, taxes and maintenance.
