If it is accrued and you quit, they owe you the unused days as wages. This also means that the company needs to set aside all the wages of all vacation days in case everyone quits tomorrow. For this reason, a lot of companies go to &#34;open vacation&#34; where you have no fixed amount, whatever you can work out with your boss.
