I have that connection because I by chance met the person, and added all the relays, so that now when they have only one relay connected I can still see them.<br/><br/>By having a large amount of relay connections, the account becomes a kind of human relay by sharing content across new borders in the network. In the case of the Chinese avoiding censorship, by making and joining many many relays (and properly managing them on the client side) an effective log of the communication is kept.
