I was watching this video https://youtu.be/sNS8lEEKzZM?si=N-5cLegGZWVXwP5n and the part where the guy died because of the AI "failed" to protect him was actually his own fault because like the YouTuber explained in the video that they guy was warned by the testla's autopilot that he needed to take the wheel which gives me this to say AI is made to assist not do the full job all the time which the autopilot mode was made for a user to have their eyes and hands on the wheel at all times just in case
