@nprofile…wmw4 Yaml can be fine, but I hate when files get too big and a coworker touches them with a different agent or editor and the indentation gets messed up. Then I need to check the whole pipeline because some spaghetti echoed bash script is badly indented. Mostly I hate fixing indentation manually and burning tokens on suboptimal fixes. Maintaining an elegant sexpr source solves all this for me

Basically, now every Indigo object has its own `indigo-with-<object>` macro for resource management and every iterator is wrapped in a stream abstraction that can be composed by mapping, folding, filtering, all without unnecessary intermediate lists (and when you do want them, just indigo-stream-collect them).
(Also, it's like the first time I use a let-over-lambda approach without feeling like it's overkill)

@nprofile…cpun I also got so annoyed with JS mutability that I used ClojureScript for some backend work in the past. But it never stuck (it would be hard to collaborate with non-clojurists). These days, TypeScript keeps improving, and tools like Immer and Zustand help a lot. I’m actually experimenting with Zustand+Immer on a pure backend project now and it’s working surprisingly well!
