Today I was walking down the road with my youngest. I greet a new neighbour who moved in down the road, they didn&#39;t wave back—we&#39;re at the waving stage of the neighbour relationship—so I guessed that as she was talking to someone maybe she didn&#39;t spot me so i would wave and say: &#34;Hi!&#34;<br/><br/>And she calls out: &#34;Did you wave at me?
