Yesterday the forecast called for a dusting of snow with nothing sticking. By last night it said 1 inch. There were 2 inches on the car at 7 am. It took me 1.5 hours to get in to work, a 20 minute drive on most days, simply because they hadn&#39;t pretreated the roads and hadn&#39;t plowed.
