Please read the Guardian article linked in the post. The case it not as clear cut, as a short post might make it sound.

The report exists, but the internal controversy seems to be mostly in the scope that the report uses (where I find the wider scope as the more scientific approach).
We do not have an absolute truth on what exactly is the issue.
A "block" is also a strong wording for it, but the delay is quite substantial and thus might be considered a block.

Ich bin gerade im Umstieg von Windows auf #Linux und habe nun eine Frage dazu:

Ich habe drei Speichermedien NVME SSD (500GB), SSD (250GB) und HDD (1TB). Welche Teile des Betriebssystems oder der Verzeichnisse sollten nun wo landen? Was profitiert von hoher Geschwindigkeit und niedrigen Latenzen am meisten?
Sollte ich /home auf einem anderen Speichermedium haben als root? Oder kann ich die langsamere SSD zum Beispiel als Spielespeicher verwenden?

Considering how railway works, it will not work well for Labour in the next election.
It is basicially impossible to change meaningfull things in just a few years. You can not train new worker, build or renovate infrastructure, reform internal structures of "unknown" companies with gains or get rid of debts (mone, goods or staff) in that timeframe. It might even get worse first.

Some of these points are true:
" From the river to the sea, ..." is calling for an end of the state of Israel and that is generally not allowed as it will result in massive antisemitism and action against all Jews.
Calling people a Nazi is also allowed only for few people: they have to be calling for action against people because of a certain faith, because they are disabled or other opinions that are closely aligned to the Nazi ideology.
Just a genocide would not qualify.
