It&#39;s REALLY breaking because some genius decided to lay several hundred pounds of rocks against the other side to block the dog from digging under.<br/><br/>The fix involved me digging enough dirt out from under the panels so the rocks they&#39;d piled up would fall into my hole where I could reach them, then pushing the panel back into place and burying half the rocks on my side instead of theirs to brace it.<br/><br/>I only got 1 of 3 panels done, but frankly it&#39;s amazing that I was out in the sun as long as I was without suffering heat exhaustion. (At 70 degrees Fahrenheit, because yeah, my body is dumb like that.)
