There are mineral drops and mineral tablets specifically to re-add them to water. Should be magnesium, potassium, and some other bits that I can&#39;t recall off the top of my head.<br/><br/>However, I did just read that chemical dechlorination (like from pet stores) may be a good idea to use prior to distilling.
