But it&#39;s a huge time sink too....<br/><br/>I installed a browser extension called &#34;unhook&#34;, which can hide pretty much everything on Youtube except for the video. So you get no comments, no recommendations, no &#34;watch this video next&#34;... just a blank page with a search bar on top and you have to type in what you want to see. For me this works well to make Youtube just boring enough so I don&#39;t fall down into hour long rabbit holes anymore. Maybe that&#39;s something you could try...<br/><br/>Your morning routine btw. sounds amazing! Sitting in silence and listening to the sounds of nature, writing out your thoughts is a great start into the day. I always want to start my days like this and I never do.
