Yes and yes. I have a route around the neighbourhood that I take at least once per week, ostensibly for exercise but also to salvage stuff and meet cats. Every now and again I extend that route to the rest of the town.
People leave all sorts of crap in the back alleys here. I once made around £300 from a drug dealer dump of plant pots. But mostly its thrown out half dead pants in pots. My entire yard, the back alley and allotment is populated like this.

Two ash trees cut down in the neighbourhood, so I've spent several weeks lugging wastebin loads of woodchip up the hill on the sack truck. 30 loads and done, enough to re-cover the entire area and have loads in storage. This is how I manage without heating the house in winter (well, barely). I eat crap and convert all those calories to energy including generating heat even though I'm out in the cold. The fresh surface ready for the spring is a bonus.

I started working with 7 in my job back in the nineties. I bought 8 for my freelance work. I have the original bought and paid for CS1 somewhere but used CS2 for many years for work. I've also used CS5 and CC.

I’ve been trying free design software as potential alternatives to Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign. I expect many are already familiar with the FOSS options, but I thought I’d share in a thread anyway.
Any opinions are personal & YMMV. For online resources, anything with a barrage of adverts & tracking on UBlock Origin, Ghostery and Privacy Badger I steered away from.
This is very much geared to being options for people coming from an Adobe background.

Unfortunately, in order for any of Farage's lies and misinformation to be debunked, that requires new leadership from Labour and halting the complicity of the media and social media...
...which means those funding the disinformation need to be stopped, and they are extremely powerful with very deep pockets indeed.
Voters hear what they want to hear: simple solutions to complex problems with easy targets to blame. That makes the lies they are fed far preferable to any truth.

Some shots of the allotment in its third year at the end of summer.
The garden areas are maturing as I add more rescue plants to them. The main terrace is finally finished, the beds full of good quality soil mixed with compost, coir and leaf mould, settling to be ready to plant next year. The mini terrace beds are already producing a wealth of vegetables.
