Half suspect they were filled earlier in the day, the meal break was just first opportunity to get them out of the car.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Ah, now see, food service hadn&amp;#39;t occurred to me. Makes more sense than hospital workers, who habitually peel off gloves throughout the day.

In over a decade on the job, putting garbage to the curb thrice a week, and clearing detritus (wind-blown, poss. from some other recycling bin or pile), litter (evidently from local sources), unbagged dog shit, and abandoned, chained up, dismembered bike frames and junk filled carts, from over half a block of sidewalk, maybe saw a discarded latex glove once.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Far more common were water bottles full of piss.

Half a dozen different, unrelated stores with a whole area of empty hooks for floss products that were simply absent, across multiple brands.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Which suggests the supply chain problem may even be further up the chain, perhaps a chemical or other consumable used commonly in the production process of the floss itself.

If for no other reason than protection of their premium pricing. The product may be *produced* offshore, but it would be same product as sold in New York.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If it&amp;#39;s not on the shelves, that&amp;#39;s supply chain. Maybe something as simple as they&amp;#39;ve redesigned the packaging and pulled the old. As, for instance, a dropship merchant who gets AP market bulk goods and then resells them piecemeal on Amazon. Likely a violation of trade treaties, but Amazon&amp;#39;s not gonna refuse to make a sale.
