Rather than adding in more &#34;assessment&#34; break points, there needs to be a joined up approach where it is easier to transfer knowledge and experience of accommodations. They have been trained on existing, human generated, data which is inherently biased. AI as it currently stands perpetuates the status quo (or more worrying recent history). The true technological challenge is to develop AI which identifies and corrects bias - to rise above human failure.
