They&#39;ll crow if they hear another neighbourhood rooster crow, but they&#39;re generally super docile. I think all the aggression only happens around the ladies. I discovered that most people are amazed just to learn a tiny bit about the weeds on their front steps, most of which are introduced. I still do native too, of course, but there are mostly introduced weeds along heavy traffic areas. And so many are edible! I often mention that too, and it seems to make people happy.
