That had a big impact on all social and political movements around the world. And what you call neoliberalism organically absorbed all these movements based on its ethic of individualistic freedom under market conditions. Pretty much the same thing can be asked of the left now - what can you suggest that a) pedi and other minority rights movements not be integrated into the current status quo and b) that it somehow start to concern those not directly affected. And I think the saddest thing is that there is no answer to that, because there is no "big project" that integrates all these parts into some kind of organic unity
